- College graduate with at least 2-3 years experience in related work;

- Proficient in oral and written communication both in English and the vernacular;
- With good interpersonal relations and with analytical and problem-solving skills;
- With driving skills with license;

honest, organized, result-oriented and trainable;
- Can work well with other people;

- Proficient in oral/written English and can speak Visayan;
- Experience/knowledge in Banana Operations and
Management Systems will be an advantage
