businessman-industrialist, JESUS V. AYALA as a business conglomerate based in Davao that is primarily engaged in banana export, tourism, marketing, real estate development and management & consultancy.
t traces its roots in as early as 1975 when JVA Management Corporation (JVAMC) was organized as a management and consultancy firm that provides the umbrella for its affiliated companies, most of which are engaged in agriculture, operating in key areas of the Philippines.
